Add olive oil to a large skillet. Once heated, add onion & sautee for about 4 min. 2. Add garlic and sautee another min. Then add your spices and give it a mix. 3. Create room in the center of the pan for the beef, adding a little oil in the center. Break up the beef and cook for about 5 min. 4. Sprinkle arrowroot over the beef and onions and mix until combined. 5. Add bone broth, cover, and bring to a simmer. 6. Once simmering, add your mushrooms, spinach, Worcestershire, Dijon, & soy sauce. Cover and simmer over medium low heat for 5 min. 7. Uncover and simmer for another 5 -10 min to allow the sauce to thicken. 8. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 min before adding the Greek yogurt. Stir until creamy. 9. Prepare your pasta of choice! I did cabbage pasta and it was divine. Cabbage pasta: 1. Cut cabbage in half and slice into thin “noodles” (I have a tutorial of this pinned - it’s the first recipe on my page) 2. Add to a sheet pan and toss with olive oil, salt & pepper. Roast at 425° for about 15-20 min 3. Serve pasta and top with beef stroganoff. Garnish with parsley or chives. Enjoy! #healthyrecipe #healthydinner #beef #cozyrecipes #healthyfoods".
