Substitute for sourdough starter - Baking Techniques - Breadtopia Forum

My family does not like the taste of sourdough bread. (EMBARRASSING!!) I’ve found a Breadtopia recipe that uses a sourdough starter. What can I use instead (no-knead poolish, etc.)? Thank you.
