dipping it in buttermilk salad dressing is hands down woohoo for me. I love to cook and experiment with any crazy idea that pops in my head. there was a garden plot on the place we bought in 1981 and this came up on it's own. still can't get the whole family to eat it but they will if I put in soup. It's the slimy they revolt at.
