Anna on 2026-05-17 (4 stars): not as intense as Costco rotisserie chicken but quite good. My kids liked it as well as the rest of the family. Made once so far. I brined overnights and it helped tons. I'm afraid that without it, children would be more dry. I will make it again. Thank you for the recipe:)
Sharon on 2026-03-18 (5 stars): Came out perfect! Our chicken was only about 2-1/2 lbs but I used 1/2 tsp of each seasoning and it was great! Thank you so much for sharing, I can’t eat the store bought rotisserie chickens anymore, as most of them have carrageenan in them. So happy to have found this, I have missed my rotisserie chicken.
