Nayia on 2026-08-14 (4 stars): Sounds like a great dish for a Friday night dinner. I’m going to make it tonight and try something new. I’ve never baked them that way, we just go down the line and add items to our bowls. I’ll get back to you on this!! Yay!!!
Marie Petersen on 2026-04-03 (5 stars): Great instructions & tips. We LOVED. Thank you!
Diana Schrantz on 2026-02-21 (5 stars): Delish!! So easy to make and it makes a dinner meal, with a very good margarita!! Will definitely make this again.
Kathy on 2026-02-08 (5 stars): All I can say is YUM! Made these for Super Bowl gathering and they were the first to go, even over wings, hot pretzels with cheese sauce and veggies and dip. Make them and all all of your favorite toppings this is a meal!
Gizmo on 2025-11-09 (5 stars): Cat, what are you talking about? I’m confused about your rancor. It’s just a nacho recipe.
sandra johnson on 2025-11-09 (5 stars): I was craving nachos yesterday so I went to the store and bought the ingredients. Made the nachos today. I followed the recipe closely but had to buy cheese already shredded.
I don't know why but my nachos plus ingredients are dry. What can I do about this for the rest of the pan I made?
cat on 2025-07-15 (5 stars): question(s) not comment (5 stars anyway cuz i *know* they will be super good!) - but before the questions - "dear super grumpy, rude, obnoxious sir (oh, yes - you know who you are): i say 'piss off' (if he can say bulls*** i can say" piss off", right?)
questions - wouldn't it be better to add tomatoes (i prefer chopped), olives, and green onions - i also plan on using sliced tamed jalapeños - after taking the nachos out of the oven to keep their crispness? when you say "toppings" that includes the ground beef? and if i use black beans it would be chips, cheese, meat beans - i know i'm probably making this more difficult than it needs to be but thank you for the recipe and your help!
Tanya S. on 2025-06-20 (5 stars): I haven't made nachos in a long time
I wanted a little refresher, your recipe was a fun refresher! Also, reading a recipe even if you have a recipe can give you some new and fun ideas! I didn't see negative comments, I'm sure you get a couple smart arse remarks here and there, don't listen, there is ALWAYS something new to learn. I think you're website is delightful!
Thank you!
