  1. In a small food processor chop up the onion, garlic, and parsley.
  2. Place the ground beef into a large bowl and top with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Mix the beef mixture until combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into beef kofta kebab shapes and grill as is or place on a skewer then grill.
  5. Grill or pan fry until cooked thoroughly, about 4-6 minutes per side depending on the size and thickness. We cook until well done, 160 to 165 degrees F.
