  1. Add of the ingredients (except for the butter) into a high-powered blender. Blend until smooth, about 30-40 seconds.
  2. Heat up a griddle or a flat griddle pan over medium-low heat. Carefully run the stick of butter over the pan to coat, or cover with a cooking spray.
  3. Pour 3 tablespoons of batter per pancake on the pan. This should make about 5 pancakes.
  4. Cook the pancakes on each side for 2-3 minutes, or until they are slightly crispy and golden brown.
  5. Slice up the rest of the banana to serve with the pancakes and drizzle with syrup, if desired.
