- Pre-heat a pan over medium heat.
- Drizzle a little olive oil over the tuna steaks.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the tuna to the pre-heated pan and cook the tuna steaks for 3 minutes per side.
- Remove to a plate and set aside.
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Set aside.
- Cook pasta until al dente then drain.
- Drizzle cooked pasta with a little olive oil and toss well then add to a large bowl.
- Now add the other pasta salad ingredients to the bowl.
- Cut up cooked tuna.
- Pour dressing over the tuna and pasta salad.
- Toss until combined.
