7,231 likes, 252 comments - coachlisalee on June 19, 2026: "BATTER: 2 cups flour, sifted 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp sugar 1 packet yeast 1 cup warm water DHAL: 3/4 cup split peas, soaked overnight 1/2 tsp cumin/ jeera 1/2 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning 2 tbsp green seasoning 1/2 tsp salt (or salt to taste) 4 garlic cloves 2/3 cup water 1/2 tsp curry powder SOUR: 2 large half ripe (or green) mangos 1.5 cups water (or enough for desired consistency) 5 garlic cloves, minced (adjust amount to your liking) 1/2 tsp sugar (if mangoes are already sweet, sugar is optional) Salt to taste 1/2 tsp ground or fresh ginger 1 scotch bonnet pepper ✨Nothing is set in stone, customize sour to your own personal taste.
