

2,212 likes, 49 comments - macy.blackwell on February 20, 2026: "Cashew Chicken Lettuce Wraps!😋🥡 High-protein and delicious meal that makes a great meal prep! * 1 cup chicken broth * 2 soy sauce * 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger * 1/3 cup Japanese bbq sauce * 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar * 2 Tablespoons cornstarch * 3 cloves minced garlic * 2 teaspoons sesame oil * 2 lbs chicken breast (diced) * Salt & Pepper * 1 – 2 teaspoons Sriracha * 2 tablespoons honey * 1/2 cup unsalted cashews (chopped) * Handful green onion * Large lettuce leaves like romaine or bib * Optional: drizzle spicy mayo 1. In a medium bowl mix together sauce ingredients: chicken broth, soy sauce, minced ginger, Japanese bbq sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch. Sit aside. 2. In a large pan, add sesame oil and diced chicken breast bites. (I cut them about 1/2 - 1 inch cubes.) Season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Cook until done. 3. On low heat, pour over sauce and combine. Stirring while sauce begins to thicken. Add sriracha to taste, honey, cashew, and green onion. Cook for a couple more minutes and remove from heat. 4. Spoon chicken mixture into large lettuce leaves and serve with optional spicy mayo drizzle and more green onion #easyrecipes #lowcarb #highprotein".
