Recipe— 1 cup Greek yogurt (I used nonfat Chobani) 1 1/4 cup flour (I used AP) 2 tsp baking powder A little salt Egg wash for top Mix, roll into a ball, and divide into 4 sections. Roll them out into bagel shapes (my kids loved this part— make a snake, then curl him up!)
