Double shot of espresso A splash of cold water Some ice . First things first put your pitcher and the glass you’ll be using in the freezer so it stays nice and cold. Pull your shot of espresso and let it cool a bit. Take the pitcher out of the freezer, add some ice, just a splash of cold water and your shot. Steam that until the ice is melted. You want the drink to be cold though so don’t steam too long. Pour that into your frozen glass and watch all the little bubbles. Enjoy!!".
