

44 likes, 12 comments - bobbyburkecoaching on November 10, 2025: "Day 36 of my weight loss transformation 🙌🏽 Here’s a recipe you never asked for… Slow Cooker Beef Brisket Serves: 6–8 Cook time: 8–10 hours LOW (best) or 5–6 hours HIGH Ingredients • 1.5–2.5 kg beef brisket (flat cut) • Salt + black pepper • 2 tsp smoked paprika • 2 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp onion powder • 1/2 tsp cayenne (optional) • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or beef tallow • 1 onion, sliced • 4 cloves garlic, smashed • 200–250 ml beef stock / bone broth • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar • Optional: 3 tbsp BBQ sauce Method 1) Mix seasoning + rub all over brisket. Sear 3–4 mins per side. 2) Place onions + garlic into slow cooker. Brisket on top. 3) Add stock, Worcestershire + balsamic. Cook LOW 8–10 hrs. 4) Optional: brush with BBQ sauce + grill to caramelise.
