What if we made a protein bowl builder that works like a slot machine? We’re working on bringing it to life in the Doctor’s Kitchen app 👀 Here’s the simple formula. Just mix and match: 1. Core protein – chicken, salmon, tofu, tempeh or fish 2. Plant-based partner – lentils, beans, chickpeas or edamame 3. Greens – kale, spinach, rocket 4. Colourful vegetables – red pepper, cabbage, sweetcorn, aubergine 5. High-fibre wholegrain – quinoa, brown rice, buckwheat Then top it off with your favourite sauce! We’re loving chermoula or a garlicky yoghurt dressing at the moment.
