10 likes, 1 comments - almostdinnertime on March 25, 2026: "Halloumi curry 1 small onion chopped 1 large carrot chopped 4 cloves garlic minced 1 tbs grated fresh ginger 2 tbs curry powder 1 tsp cumin 796 ml tin diced tomatoes 400 ml tin coconut milk 250 grams halloumi cheese cubed 1/2 cup frozen peas juice from one lime 1) In a large pot over med heat with a little olive oil cook onion, carrot, ginger and garlic till soft. Adding in the curry powder and cumin near the end. 2) Next add in the diced tomatoes and coconut milk reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 mins. 3) Finally add in the halloumi, peas and lime juice. Simmer a few more mins more on low until peas are soft.".
