Here’s how to make it: INGREDIENTS: 1 cup vegan mayonnaise ¼ cup lemon juice 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 Tbsp mellow white miso 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard 1½ tsp ground black pepper ½ tsp sea salt 2 tsp granulated sugar ½ cup water ¼ cup olive oil — 1 Tbsp wakame or nori, crumbled and folded in DIRECTIONS: Blend all ingredients except for seaweed until completely smooth. Crumble seaweed by hand and fold it in after blending is complete. Let the seaweed soften and the flavors meld for an hour before serving.
