5 likes, 1 comments - beyond_cocktails on January 19, 2025: "Cocktail Recipe: POPPIN' DELICIOUS For the Popcorn Syrup: 1/2 Cup sugar 1 Cup water 3 Cups butterscotch popcorn Pinch of sea salt For the Cocktail: 35ml Bourbon 20ml Popcorn syrup 15ml Butterscotch liqueur 20ml Half and half cream Instructions: Heat the sugar, water, salt and popcorn until the sugar has dissolved. Leave to infuse over night or at least a few hours, then strain the popcorn out. Add the bourbon, popcorn syrup, butterscotch liqueur and half and half to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with your fave popcorn. #NationalPopcornDay".
