Leave to infuse over night or at least a few hours, then strain the popcorn out. Add the bourbon, popcorn syrup, butterscotch liqueur and half and half to an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with your fave popcorn. #NationalPopcornDay".
