There is a link in my bio to purchase a signed copy of the book, which includes other recipes, and we wrap the books in tissue and ribbon so they are ready to give. For the cookies, you can use either semi-sweet or bitter-sweet chips. My new trick is to add 5 or so large bitter-sweet Ghirardelli chocolate chips to the top of the dough before baking. They add some extra! Be sure to not over cook the cookies, and always use parchment paper. The secret is to take the cookies out while they are still a little ‘raw’, as they finish baking on the pan. Let them sit for about 7 minutes before taking them off. They are both crispy and chewy at the same time. @marthastewart48 loves them. Give them a try and tell me what you think!
