Bánh boxes are all sold out and the waitlist is closed. Thanks so much for everyone’s interest and support!!!! Pictured here is bánh bò nướng. Made with just 10 ingredients: tapioca flour, rice flour, sugar, eggs, water, oil, baking powder, coconut milk, vanilla extract and pandan! The chewy texture is what always has me coming back for more. I love that it’s not too sweet. I love the smell of the pandan. And I love the beautiful honeycomb!! But most especially I love eating it fresh, when it’s at its softest and chewiest. Unlike American desserts I don’t recommend taste-testing it when it comes right out of the oven. Letting it cool down let’s it get to the right texture and taste!".
