162 likes, 0 comments - wildfoodasheville on January 5, 2021: "🍄Wood Ear Mushroom Soup      🍄Ingredients:   4 cups water   soft tofu   4 big wood ear mushrooms   2 teaspoon bouillon or miso    1 tablespoon soy sauce   1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper   1/2 teaspoon starch   1 egg   1 tablespoon chopped Oniongrass (optional)      🍄Instructions:   • Add bouillon/miso, soy sauce, and pepper to boiling water   • add chopped tofu and wood ear mushroom   • add starch to thicken, and then mix in the egg    • serve hot, garnish with chopped Oniongrass, and enjoy!       🍄 While we hope we inspire an interest in all things wild, this account is not intended to be the only source used to prepare you for eating wild food.
