2 tablespoons spiced apple cider
2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
2 ounces vodka or apple vodka
1-2 teaspoons real maple syrup
edible gold glitter (optional

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the cider, pomegranate juice, vodka, maple, and edible gold glitter. Shake to combine.2. Strain into a martini glass. The glitter can sometimes settle at the bottom, just give it a gentle stir if needed.

I made it twice this past weekend- once with my daughter on our "cooking day" (while watching Hocus Pocus); and the other time for my friend playing mahjong. It is so beautiful with the gold edible glitter. Makes it look like a boiling cauldron! Definitely a keeper recipe!
