Rosie White on 2021-09-22 (5 stars): Yes! Tried it tonight. Cooked it for 40 mins on high. The beef was tender and flavorful. I also added a T. of crushed garlic and cooked the noodles on the side.
Julie on 2021-07-19 (5 stars): I thought the recipe was excellent- very easy! I didn’t have ginger ale so I used Coca-Cola like I read someone else did and I think it’s wonderful.
Cindy on 2021-05-23 (5 stars): So, so good! This is the first time I have ever cooked with stew beef and it didn’t turn out chewy or rubbery. Great recipe!

Martha on 2020-11-10 (5 stars): I have never heard of ginger ale in "company beef" What does it do for the dish and does it give it a "different" taste? I want to make this tonight, but I am "scared" lol
Liz Kelsay on 2020-05-11 (5 stars): I haven't ever made it any other way but I would think a coke or beer would do the same but might change the taste just a little. If you try it let us know!
