Bacon Cheese Burger Rotel Dip
1 Pound of Sirloin Ground Beef
Kosher Salt (To Taste)
1 Tablespoon of:
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
2 Teaspoons of:
White Pepper
Smoked Paprika
1 Half Onion Chopped
1 Can of Rotel Tomatoes
2 Jalapeños (Diced)
16 oz Velveeta Cheese
Half pound Mozzarella cheese
Cook in the oven for about 10-15 minutes or until everything is melted. And stir.
Top with Bacon.
