8 whole turkey wings
1/3 cup olive oil
Creole seasoning
Onion Powder
Garlic powder
Kinder’s Poultry Butter Blend
Kinder’s Caramelized Onion Butter
Bragg 24 herbs and spices
14 oz can chicken broth
 
The Gravy
3 cans chicken broth
1 pack chicken bouillon
Cornstarch slurry
 
Cornstarch Slurry
2 tablespoons cornstarch 3 tablespoons water
 
-Instructions-
To create these delectable Turkey Wings, start by arranging the wings in a large roasting pan. Season them generously with Creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, Kinder’s Poultry Butter Blend, Kinder’s Caramelized Onion Butter, and Bragg’s 24 herbs and spices to build a flavorful base. Pour in chicken broth, cover the pan, and bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees for one hour. After this time, take them out and flip the turkey wings for even cooking. Cover them again and return to the oven for another hour. Once the hour is up, remove the turkey wings from the oven and uncover them. Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes to achieve perfect browning. While the wings are browning, prepare the gravy by combining 3 cups of chicken broth with a chicken bouillon packet and a cornstarch slurry (made from cornstarch and water)cook on medium heat until it thickens. Once the gravy is ready, take the turkey wings from the oven and pour the gravy over them. Return the wings to the oven uncovered for 15 more minutes to enhance the flavors.
