BUTTERY BEER BREAD
3 cups All Purpose Flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 - 12 ounce beer*
4 Tablespoons melted salted butter
Lets Make it-
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with non stick spray. Set aside
In a mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Use a spoon to throughly combine. Add the beer. Mix just till combined. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan.
Pour the melted butter over the top. Bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Enjoy!
*Notes: You can use a can of white soda/pop instead of the beer, but I highly recommend using the beer for the maximum in yeasty beer flavor! | The Farm Stand
