Mary on 2023-12-12 (5 stars): Dear tia Clara thank you for all the wonderful Dominican recipes. Some of them bring back so many wonderful memories. As a small child in Santo Domingo I remember buying yaniqueque for un centavo sold by a neighbor. I am now 82 years of age and this brought back heart warming memories. Keep doing what you do and I appreciate you. Not only do we get great recipes but a little history of our Republica Dominicana.
Olivia chang on 2023-02-02 (5 stars): I always said the flour and the altitude affect the flour.
Flour is tricky and you have to practice more and learn for yourself.
This recipe is excellent!
Rebecca on 2021-08-19 (5 stars): We love this recipe! Always a hit with my kids. I am curious to know if these could be prepped and refrigerated or frozen for frying at a later date?
