Sarah on 2021-09-01 (5 stars): I served this with the rice with corn, and it was perfect. I loved the sauce. I thought it should be spicy, but I guess it's not the Dominican way. Do you think I can add hout sauce next time?
Maria Fernandez on 2021-02-22 (5 stars): I am so grateful for your site, it's the first place I go for Dominican recipes and I always find what I was looking for. 🇩🇴
Cristi on 2021-02-14 (5 stars): Buenas noches tía Clara:
He preparado muchas de tus recetas: camarones guisados, arroz blanco, rabo encendío, crema de habichuelas rojas, tostones plátanos verdes, ensalada verde, camarones al ajillo, vino blanco, y todas fabulosas. Gracias por las recetas y feliz San Valentin ♥️
Chante on 2019-12-03 (5 stars): Hey I remember using this recipe years ago and it was delicious. it was one of the last meals I made for my nana who has since passed. I'm glad I could find it again but I see you took the olives out of the recipe. Is there a reason? If so can you tell me when I can add them in my dish?
Natalie Perez on 2019-03-09 (5 stars): I’m Dominican born and bred now calling Maryland my home. Even though my family equipped me with two (very similar) Dominican recipe books (dique pa’ que no me olvide de mi sazón) I still check the recipes and versions by Clara. Clara you’re a tesoro nacional! I love how well done, illustrated and honest this blog/site is. Is where I sent my American in-laws when they don’t want my help but want a reliable source.
Con mucho sabor,
Natalie
