Doug on 2018-09-24 (5 stars): I LOVE Ochazuke !!!
Grew up enjoying it and still do today.
I believe I first had it around 1946.
Back then it was Ochazuke with umeboshi.
Today.. we start with the commercial ingredients and add umeboshi, etc. etc. etc.
Oishi-Desu !!!
