Steps
Turn Instant Pot to saute setting. When display says HOT add in the ground beef and break it up. Add in the onions and celery. Brown for about 5 minutes. Drain off excess grease. Stir in the salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Pour in the broth and scrape bottom of pot so that nothing is sticking.
Sprinkle in the egg noodles evenly. Then dump the green chiles, tomato sauce, picante sauce, bbq sauce and Worcestershire on top. Don’t stir.
Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to sealing. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 1 minute. When time is up let pot sit for 5 minutes then move valve to venting to release any remaining pressure. Remove the lid.
Stir. Sprinkle cheese on top and let melt. Serve and enjoy.

Kim on 2024-01-08 (5 stars): This was excellent!!! …. I made it for dinner this evening and was skeptical because of the different flavors! I used all organic ingredients ( I try to eat clean ) and modified it because I do not eat red meat so instead I used ground turkey. I also used a medium flavored ( thin consistency ) salsa instead of picante sauce and also used All purpose seasoning in addition to the other spices listed in the recipe. This is a keeper…. thank you Karen🙂
