  1. Grease a mold — such as a mini loaf pan, a loaf pan, or a square baking pan — with coconut oil.
  2. Melt coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Once melted, add honey and vanilla.
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Let boil for 2 minutes, while stirring constantly. Remove from heat promptly.
  6. Stir in cocoa powder until smooth.
  7. Transfer to mold. Press down, using clean fingers or the back of a spoon. Smooth top.
  8. Let cool in either refrigerator or freezer.
  9. Cut into chunks or shave.
  10. Enjoy in cookies, ice cream, brownies, cakes, etc. Or eat as-is!
