Steps
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper if desired. You can do it without parchment, I just think it makes cleaning up easier.
Rinse the cauliflower cut the florets off, placing them in a large bowl.
Drizzle the olive oil over the florets, and add the seasoning. Toss together with your hands or a spoon.
Spread evenly over the prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for about 30 minutes or until the edges are browned and crisp. Stir once or twice during the cooking time.
Season with more salt and pepper if desired.

Jeanne on 2025-04-19 (5 stars): It’s so much easier if you add your spices to the olive oil and mix before tossing over the cauliflower. Great recipe.

Gina on 2024-05-31 (5 stars): This was so good. I don't eat meat. Once it was done cooking I chopped them up some more and made tacos out of it. So delicious 😋
Pat on 2024-02-10 (5 stars): This is a keeper! I can’t get enough of it and it is SO easy. I have now made a small batch of the spice mixture to have ready to go. Tonight I added some broccoli to the pan and it was equally tasty with this mixture. Thank you for this easy, tasty and healthy recipe!
Kathy on 2023-09-08 (5 stars): This is DELICIOUS! And simple to make. Thank you for sharing.
Nk on 2022-11-18 (5 stars): We recently went to a local restaurant that served fried cauliflower in a bed of malt vinegar aioli and it was devine. I came home to look up recipes and came across yours and made it the next day. The seasoning was on point! As a bonus I did sprinkle a bit of powdered parm for an extra boost of flavor. In doing so I realized next time I’ll have to cut the salt in half but still delish. However, my cauliflower was soggy. I did wash the cauliflower and it didn’t dry all the way. I went straight to seasoning it and then into the oven it went. Is this why? Any recommendations on what to do for crispness in the future? Thank you again, stoked to make this for a Thanksgiving side!
Liz on 2022-05-23 (5 stars): Oh my gosh, this was BY FAR the best roasted cauliflower I have ever had! And my family LOVED it!! I am trying to eliminate butter in my diet since it has so much saturated fat so I was looking for roasted veggie recipes and came across this one. Saved and will be using again and again! Even my son (who HATES cauliflower) loved it!! Wow!! ❤️
Sarah on 2022-04-24 (5 stars): So easy and tasty! My husband’s new favorite way to eat cauliflower!

DK on 2021-05-10 (5 stars): This cauliflower recipe is fantastic!! It is such a bland vegetable by itself, but this concoction of spices and olive oil really did the trick- taking cauliflower to the next level. Thank you!!!! My husband and I practically ate the whole head minus a cup. Sooo good!!! Thank you :)
Michelle on 2021-03-03 (5 stars): LOOOOOVE THIS! This is for sure a keeper!!
Judy on 2021-02-16 (5 stars): I love this recipe, more importantly, my husband does too. It's so easy to put the cauliflower in the oven with pork chops or chicken, fix a salad and dinner is done. Thanks for this savory recipe.
