Judith on 2026-04-01 (5 stars): Did NOT get crispy at all.... too watery..... but good idea...
Peg on 2026-02-25 (5 stars): Hi,
Can the roasted zucchini with parmesan be made the day before eating?
thanks
S W on 2026-02-14 (5 stars): Made recipe exactly. Mine were not crisp, but still very tasty.
Next time I will use less cheese (1/3 cup) and maybe it will be more crispy?
Julie on 2026-02-11 (5 stars): It was delicious! I followed the instructions, except baked it a few minutes longer to become crispy.
Jackie Kirby on 2026-02-05 (3 stars): I followed this recipe exactly as written. While the taste was great, they were soggy like any other time I cook zucchini sticks or discs.
Gail Stetson on 2026-01-31 (5 stars): We had this as one of our side dishes with game hen last night. It was crispy and delicious. I made the recipe as written. I usually reduce the amount of garlic in everything I make, but did not. Next time, will cut the garlic to 1/2 tsp.
Agnes on 2026-01-17 (5 stars): How can I do without broiling?
Danielle Johnson on 2026-01-08 (5 stars): Fantastic recipe! Easy to make in the zucchini taste so delicious not soggy!
Anne on 2025-12-21 (5 stars): Really delicious and not the usual soggy zucchini.
Sunshine on 2025-12-06 (5 stars): I don't eat cooked vegetables, especially green ones. I'll eat almost any vegetable raw. Seems to me that when they are cooked, they taste, well, like vegetables! As an adult I know I need to eat more green things and this recipe...WOW!! I think I like these parmesan zucchini rounds better than potato chips!! Thank you for sharing this with us.
