My mom, an immigrant from Mexico City loved to make this recipe that I fondly remember! I and a sibling would tease her about making it so delicious & from someone who didn't drink much! She showed me how to make it and actually plan now to make it as a surprise for my daughter Krystal. Swearing In Ceremony as a Latina Civil Rights Lawyer!! The first In both sides of the family!! My daughter will love it and it will remind her of her great- grandmother, my mom who used the Original Piña Colada Recipe from the 50's! Sadly, my mom passed in September. Age: 100 years old! Mañana will be a day for memories, old and new.
