Grape Salsa

Ingredients
- 1-pound red seedless grapes, stemmed and quartered (about 3 cups)
- ½ small red onion, peeled and minced
- ½ medium jalapeno, stemmed, seeded and minced
- ½ bunch cilantro, coarsely chopped
- Zest and juice of 1-2 medium limes
- Coarse salt, to taste
- Tortilla chips, for serving
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized glass bowl.
- Refrigerate at least 30 minutes, then taste and adjust the seasoning, if necessary.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
