Dana on 2023-05-11 (5 stars): Delicious! I made this with your hibachi shrimp, hibachi rice, and yum yum sauce recipes and this is probably the best hibachi meal we've had in a loooonnng time. We haven't had much luck finding a hibachi spit that we really like where we live and now we don't need to!
Susan on 2025-07-29 (5 stars): We made ALL of the Hibachi recipes on this site—all three proteins, rice, noodles, vegetables—for our daughter’s birthday dinner, but bought Yum-Yum Sauce. The tradition had always been to go out for Hibachi, but the restaurant she wanted to go to was closed for vacation. So we followed these recipes and only tweaked them with extra butter—have you ever paid attention to how much butter they use at a Hibachi table?
Let me tell you, these recipes could’ve been right out of the kitchen of our favorite restaurant they were so spot on. Everything was mazingly delicious. Niece said it was the best meal she’s ever had because everything was the best dish she’s ever had. Daughter said the meal was so good that we don’t have to go out for her birthday when the restaurant reopens from vacation unless we just want to go out for fun. Thank you! Thank you!
