  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.  Add the onion and stir often until softened; about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Add the turkey.  Use spoon or spatula to break up into small pieces and cook for about 5 minutes until the meat is no longer pink.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients, reduce heat to low and cook until the flavors are blended, about 10 minutes.
