½ teaspoon onion powder

2 pounds ground beef
½ yellow onion
2 garlic cloves
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup mustard
¼ cup mayo
salt and pepper, to taste

Irena on 2021-02-14 (5 stars): This has become a staple in our house! Tonight I was fed up with the kiddos pickiness and risked blending in some chickpeas, broccoli and liver into the meat sauce haha. It worked! No one was the wiser! Thank you for your consistently fabulous recipes, humour, and your infectious positivity. Love following you!
