Bev on 2023-03-05 (5 stars): Made these 4/3/2023 and they were delicious I made them to go with some sirloin steaks and had sautéed onion peppers and garlic me n my son really enjoyed them. It was nice just to have something different instead of chips. This recipe is definitely a keeper and will make them again. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Cary on 2023-07-29 (5 stars): Hi Nysaa! I just finished making these for our Sunday night dinner. They are insanely delicious. I am going to toast some corn tortillas, add the sweet potatoes and top with a cheese, corn and poblano cheese sauce. I just know my family is going to love them. Thanks, and keep the recipes coming!
melissa on 2025-09-24 (5 stars): Excellent recipe! This came together super fast and was the perfect way to use up a bunch of white sweet potatoes I had. Replaced the honey with agave to make it vegan. Will definitely be making this recipe many times this fall!
Kay on 2025-11-29 (5 stars): These came out absolutely incredible! Enough spice to sit pleasantly on the tongue, but contrasted perfectly with the natural sweetness of the potatoes! I made these for my vegetarian mother on Thanksgiving and she couldn't stop fawning over them. I poured hot honey over the potatoes and really enjoyed them like that! I didn't happen to have cumin on hand, but a dash of cajun seasoning really pepped the potatoes :)
