Janet Campbell on 2026-02-01 (4 stars): Too salty and peppery for my liking. Will use less next time and should be perfect. Love the spice mixture.
Janet Campbell on 2026-02-01 (5 stars): Great mixture of spices. Next time, I will use less salt and pepper.
Jill on 2026-01-12 (5 stars): This is a great blend and the proportions are spot on. I did add about a teaspoon of sugar and also a heaping tablespoon of flour to help the chili thicken up a little bit.
Kayleigh on 2025-12-28 (5 stars): This was a great recipe. I doubled the recipe and vacuum sealed it in a pint jar and gave it to my best friend because she loved it so much. I ended up doing it again for myself. We eat chili pretty often. Even during the warmer months. This blows any packet you can buy away. Super customizable. Thanks for a great recipe!
Susan Day on 2025-12-19 (5 stars): I can’t wait to use this this week when I make my chili but I just want to clarify how much I should use. Everyone is talking about how big a pot they use but I go by how many pounds of chop meat I use. The packets are one packet per pound. So how much of this per pound would I use?
Brenda on 2025-11-16 (5 stars): Exactly what I was looking for. My hubs said best chili ever. Thank you for a great recipe that will be used tiime and again.
