Kind of important.
Teresa Martinez on 2024-06-27 (5 stars): I had my 1st pear martini years ago at a small restaurant in Oregon. It was awesome. Ever since then when I ordered one, they never taste as good as the first one I had, until a few weeks ago when I ordered one in Breckenridge Colorado. It was just as good as the first one I had. They said the ingredients were Breckenridge Pear vodka, Elderflower and apple juice. I decided to try and make my own, used this recipe with Breckenridge Pear vodka and it was just as good as the one I recently had. Thanks for the great recipe.
Jim on 2024-06-13 (5 stars): Had a pear martini at seafood restaurant in Edenton Nc.
Was ok.
Used what I had on hand, Absolute pear vodka, Elder flower liqueur, and the forbidden bottle lemon juice!
This was absolutely‘Delicious’ !
Of course I will use fresh lemon juice next time!
The lemon juice and Elder flower liqueur really enhanced the pear flavor to another level!
Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Thomas w on 2024-03-23 (4 stars): Very nice. Although I prefer Muddled ripe pear if in season (double strained) and drop the pear flavored vodka. Also have to drop to 1/4 simple syrup. Even half ounce is way too sweet for me. The use of st Germaine in this recipe is very on point. But if you prefer less floral taste I think subbing for a nice orange liquor works well.
Aly on 2024-03-01 (5 stars): Love this recipe so much! I did listen to the others and only added half the simple syrup, and it's plenty sweet.
Lupe on 2023-11-08 (4 stars): Too sweet, will have to cut back on the sweet stuff. Otherwise the vodka itself is delightful.
Jennifer Westgate on 2023-02-12 (5 stars): I don't EVER rate recipes online but I had to with this one. This recipe is perfect! All I had was Absolut Pear vodka and it was absolutely delicious. I am going to buy some Grey Goose next to try! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!!
Charmaine on 2022-05-22 (5 stars): I love this! I'm out of Prosecco, was sad, then found this recipe. Made a quick simple syrup, had lemons, one of my favorites!
Suzanne on 2022-01-22 (4 stars): I found this a bit too sweet, but.with half the amount of simple syrup, it was delicious.
Christina on 2020-10-01 (5 stars): This is wonderful and I am extremely picky!
Audrey on 2018-07-29 (5 stars): Oh my goodness..... deliccious! On my second glass... I look forward to enjoying this drink... every night ..

Lydia on 2018-05-28 (5 stars): I’ve been searching for a great pear martini recipe, so I look forward to trying this. For the lemon juice, do you use fresh squeezed lemon or a pre-bottled lemon juice? If bottled, is there a good brand to use? Thanks!
Natalie on 2018-05-13 (5 stars): I love martinis! And this is the best pear martini ever!!!!! Perfect amount of sour and sweetness and the pear vodka mixed with lemon is amazing.!!!! Im on my 3rd drink!!!
Dawn on 2018-05-06 (5 stars): Recipe sounds delicious! I LOVE Pear martinis but due to a recent gluten allergy, I can't seem to find a bar/restaurant that carries pear infused GF vodka so I decided to infuse my own. Can you tell me how many pears to how many parts of vodka to use & do I need to add anything else? Also, how long do you let it sit for & where does it need to be stored? Thank you:).
