Pastor Georges LaBranche on 2023-02-07 (5 stars): Hello, just came across your cooking channel on YouTube (Inspiralized) and I absolutely love it. Just started spiraling my veggies (actually eating veggies but that’s neither here nor there lol).
About this recipe, would you happen to have the macros for it. I’m trying to eat more low calorie- high protein meals and wondered if this is a great option…because it looks like a tasty one.
Nevertheless, your tips and advice are a blessing. Love your content and thank you for all that your doing. God Bless.

Megan on 2022-08-17 (5 stars): these are a great, easy recipe! Printed and in the cabinet next to the canned salmon.
I cooked in air-fryer for 3-4 minutes each side, at 400 degrees.
Hannah on 2022-05-21 (5 stars): These are sooo yummy! Followed the recipe pretty much exactly except that chipotle mustard was what I had and I thought it sounded good, so I used that in place of Dijon. It was perfect! I mixed a little bit of minced chipotle into ranch for dipping. Stupidly easy and so so delicious.
I am also wondering if the salmon should be drained? I didn’t drain it because I didn’t think about it until it was too late, but the mixture seemed a bit wet. Not sure if it’s supposed to be.
