Steps

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour and salt.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F with a pizza stone or baking tray inside.
  3. Add water and olive oil to the flour mixture and mix well.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, cut the dough into 4 equal pieces.
  5. Roll each piece into a thin rectangle or circle and transfer it to its own piece of parchment paper.
  6. Score the dough with a fork and sprinkle with salt or other seasonings.
  7. Slide the parchments onto the hot pizza stone and bake for 10 minutes on one side, and then 5 minutes on the other, until crisp.
  8. Repeat with remaining dough.
