  1. In small bowl, stir together dried parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, bouillon, salt, paprika, thyme and black pepper.
  2. In medium saucepan, heat broth to boiling over high heat.
  3. Stir in rice and spice mixture and return to a boil.
  4. Cover, reduce heat to low and cook 16 minutes. Remove from heat (do not open pot) and let stand 10 minutes.
  5. Add butter and use fork to fluff rice until all butter is melted.
