crystallized honey, raw honey

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk, and add the honey to the bowl.
Turn on the mixer to medium-high speed, around 6 or 7. Make sure the whisk is whipping all of the honey.
Whip for about 20 minutes or until honey becomes a creamy, whitish color.
Turn mixer off and pour honey into a clean glass jar. Store in the pantry and use as you would regular honey.
