In a large bowl, with a hand blender, mix almond butter until creamy
Mix in eggs, honey, and stevia
Add salt, baking soda, and cinnamon
Mix well with hand blender until all ingredients are combined
Transfer batter into a well greased 8 x 8 inch baking dish
Bake at 325°F for 12-15 minutes

Nunya on 2025-06-29 (5 stars): This recipe is super easy to make and it comes out deliciously! To me, it seems like more of a dessert (healthy dessert loaf or, if you add cocoa powder, a healthy brownie) than a breakfast bread. I made several substitutions, including using creamy peanut butter; adding a tad bit more honey since I don’t consume Stevia; and adding a little salt and date sugar because I accidentally poured way, way too much vanilla extract in here (so I had to google what helps to counteract that). Even then, this came out deliciously and not too sweet at all. I’m very pleased and will be keeping this in my constant rotation.
