  3. Use a ¼ cup scoop to form meatballs
  4. Place meatballs on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes, or until instant read thermometer reads 175°F
  6. Serve with marinara sauce over spaghetti squash noodles or zucchini noodles
