So far going really good 👍.
Sandra Bossenbroek on 2025-08-07 (5 stars): Hi. I bought my Himalayan pink salt from Amazon. Looks like I got decent salt. It arrived today. The brand I got is SOEOS. As an added bonus (which I didn't realize at time of order - it is fine grain!! 2lb bag. I got it on sale for $6.79 USD. Also read an article that suggested adding Rooibos tea. I found Twinings Pure Rooibos Red Tea at the grocery store. the article I read stated adding Rooibos tea to the warm water was a good idea. It is apparently high in antioxidants, supposedly improving the flavor. It is caffeine free and aids in blood sugar management. So you know I'm not paid by any of the companies I named. Just an overweight 71 yo grandma. I'll check back later> I will start tomorrow morning.
Thanks for article Eva! Sandie
