  5. Place the dough on a well-floured surface and turn it a few times until it is lightly coated with flour.
  6. Pat the dough to 1/2 inch thick. Cut into biscuits with a floured biscuit cutter.
  7. Place the biscuits on a cookie sheet or baking stone.
  8. Bake 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  9. Serve warm with butter and jam, or any way you like. Enjoy!
