- Thinly slice the steak into strips and place it into a bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the steak and mix well.
- Allow to marinate at room temp. for 20-25 mins.
- In a wok or skillet, heat vegetable oil.
- Add in the steak and stir fry until cooked to your desire level of doneness.
- Remove and set aside.
- Add the bell peppers into the wok or skillet.
- Sprinkle the salt on top
- Saute/stir fry for about 2 mins.
- Add in the onions and continue to saute until translucent.
- In a small bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients together.
- Add the steak back into the skillet along with the veggies
- Pour the sauce in.
- Stir fry at a medium heat until the sauce thickens.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve over warm, rice
