    - Preheat oven to 325-degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    - Spread cashews onto prepared baking sheet, leaving plenty of room between them.

    - Bake for 12-14 minutes, stirring every 3-4 minutes. Cashews are done when they are lightly browned and smell nutty and fragrant. They can easily burn, so watch closely towards the end of baking.

    - Allow to cool and enjoy!

    - Heat a skillet/frying pan over medium/medium-low heat. Add cashews and cook for 4-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until nuts are lightly browned and aromatic.
